Senior Associate - Creative Services/Designer

As a Creative Services/Designer Senior Associate at RSM, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with practice members to produce high-quality deliverables. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and producing graphic designs for various projects, collaborating with team members to ensure designs meet client needs, staying updated with design trends, managing multiple projects simultaneously, mentoring junior designers, conducting interviews with consultants, and brainstorming innovative solutions to enhance client deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and produce high-quality graphic designs for branding, marketing materials, websites, and social media - Collaborate with creative directors, writers, and project managers to ensure designs meet client needs and brand standards - Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies - Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on client feedback - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines - Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback - Interview consultants to understand recent client projects and synthesize information into compelling written communication - Brainstorm innovative solutions to enhance client deliverables Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in professional writing and/or content creation - Preferred background in the professional services industry - Strong interest in design, content creation, and concise business writing - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word - Excellent communication skills in English - Exceptional organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines RSM offers a competitive benefits and compensation package, including flexibility in your schedule to balance life's demands while serving clients.
