Job Description

In your role as a Senior Associate at PwC in the Oracle tower, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, aiding in the resolution of complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities at this level include but are not limited to: - Using feedback and reflection to enhance self-awareness, identify personal strengths, and address development areas. - Demonstrating expertise as a subject matter expert in your chosen domain. - Coming up with Client POC/POV for integrating or increasing the adoption of emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI, etc., with the product platform. - Mentoring junior resources within the team, conducting KSS, and lessons learnt. - Being flexible to work in stretch opportunities and assignments. - Exhibiting critical thinking skills and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems. - Reviewing ticket quality and deliverables. - Providing status reports for the project. - Adhering to SLAs and having experience in incident management, change management, and problem management. - Reviewing your work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance. - Knowing how and when to use tools available for a given situation and being able to explain the reasons for this choice. - Seeking and embracing opportunities that expose you to different situations, environments, and perspectives. - Using straightforward communication in a structured manner when influencing and connecting with others. - Reading situations and modifying behavior to build quality relationships. - Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. - Demonstrating leadership capabilities by working directly with clients and leading engagements. - Collaborating in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration. - Being a good team player, taking up cross-competency work, and contributing to COE activities. - Managing escalations and risks effectively. **Position Requirements:** **Required Skills:** - 6 to 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, specifically in modules such as Inventory Management, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality, Cost Management, PDH, and Planning. - Completion of at least two end-to-end implementations in Fusion Inv/Maintenance/Manufacturing/Costing/Planning/PDH modules, with experience in upgradation, lift and shift, and support projects. - Strong understanding of Enterprise Structures, Procurement Hierarchies, Flexfields, Extensions, OM Pricing, GOP, Work center, Work area, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Item or Resource setup in Fusion SCM. - Ability to understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications, and configure the system accordingly. - Preparation of process flows, data flow diagrams, requirement documents, user training, and onboarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancements. - Delivery and tracking of issue resolutions to meet SLAs and KPIs. - Focus on reducing recurrence issues caused by the Oracle Fusion application. - Generation of ad hoc reports to measure and communicate the health of the applications. - Configuration of Procurement/Inv/OM/INV/Maintenance/Manufacturing/Planning/PDH cloud configuration to the Client's Standards & Requirements. - Good knowledge of BPM Approval Workflow and BI Reports. - Ability to understand and articulate business requirements, propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence, and possess good communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Coordinating with the team to close client requests on time and within SLAs. - Experience in performing Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborating with business users to obtain UAT sign-off. - Working with various Procurement/Inv/OM/INV/Maintenance/Manufacturing/PDH/Planning data upload/migration techniques like FBDI/ADFDI/Import maps and related issue resolutions. **Preferred Skills:** - Knowledge of Reporting - BIP/OTBI & Integration. - Knowledge of using automated processes for configuration and migration activities.,
