Job Description

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts a thorough review of client loan files for accuracy and completeness.
  • Systematic input and updating of loan information into Encompass application.
  • Document loan status changes in Encompass through comments
  • Review the closing documents and complete the funding steps
  • Facilitates document retrieval from the required teams in case if it is not available
  • Communicate loan progress and outstanding requirements to clients via timely phone calls

Note

Training will be conducted from office until certification is completed. (Period 60 to 90 days)

Education / Experience

  • Should be a graduate.
  • Understanding of the Mortgage Servicing Industry.
  • Effective communication and analytical skills required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • No documented disciplinary action in the past 12 months.
  • Should have an Appraisal rating of Effective Performance or above in the last completed performance cycle.
  • Should have completed 9 months in the current role.
