Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting a thorough review of client loan files to ensure accuracy and completeness. This includes systematic input and updating of loan information into the Encompass application. Additionally, you will document loan status changes in Encompass through comments and review closing documents while completing the funding steps. In case of missing documents, you will facilitate retrieval from the required teams and communicate loan progress and outstanding requirements to clients via timely phone calls. During the initial phase, training will be provided in the office until certification is completed, which typically takes 60 to 90 days. To qualify for this position, you should hold a graduate degree and possess an understanding of the Mortgage Servicing Industry. Effective communication and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You should not have any documented disciplinary actions in the past 12 months and must have received an Appraisal rating of Effective Performance or above in the last completed performance cycle. Furthermore, you should have completed at least 9 months in your current role.,
