Job Description JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conducts a thorough review of client loan files for accuracy and completeness. Systematic input and updating of loan information into Encompass application. Document loan status changes in Encompass through comments Review the closing documents and complete the funding steps Facilitates document retrieval from the required teams in case if it is not available Communicate loan progress and outstanding requirements to clients via timely phone calls Note Training will be conducted from office until certification is completed.
