Senior Associate-Client Engagement (US)

You will be part of Infollion Research Services Limited, a B2B human cloud platform facilitating on-demand contingent hiring and work arrangements for businesses. Your role will involve connecting clients with suitable experts for research projects, understanding client industries, tracking relevant information, managing client relationships, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion, and staying updated on industry news. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client requests and select appropriate experts for research projects. - Stay informed about client industries and track valuable information. - Develop effective communication and collaboration with clients and experts. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients. - Build strong client relationships to drive business growth. - Ensure all work is completed within deadlines and meets high standards. - Stay updated on industry news to anticipate client needs and identify suitable experts. - Mentor associate experts for enhanced engagement. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing, or Business. - 1-4 years of prior experience in research and client servicing. - Willingness to work night shifts from 6 pm to 3 am.
