Senior Associate - AR-AP

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team in the Controlling department. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage overall billings related to training and events. Collaborate with Working Capital FRO’s, AR/AP and Treasury teams to resolve queries around working capital matters. Research and resolve payments that have been allocated as Cash on Account and/or Unidentified. Maintain records regarding payments and account status. Obtain information from other departments to ensure accurate and complete records. Generate reports and statements for internal use. Review user access and take appropriate actions. Review approver matrix and update it regularly. Engage in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge. Liaise with internal and external parties for escalation and problem resolution. Support problem-solving and fact-finding analysis. Understand basic accounting principles and be proficient in accounting software. ### Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills. Strong analytical and numeracy skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and relevant tools, technologies, and software. Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments. Familiarity with relevant accounting principles and practices.
