Senior Associate - Alumni Placement

As a Senior Associate - Alumni Placement at iTeach, your role involves catalyzing efforts to ensure all alumni make it to and through college and secure their first sustainable job. You will be responsible for building partnerships with potential employers, executing placement strategies, managing the Career Center Job Portal, and researching the job market scenario. Your key responsibilities include: - Building Partnerships with potential employers - Identifying companies and organizations that will hire our alumni - Investing in and onboarding potential employers, fostering strong relationships - Designing innovative programs to engage employers in our work with alumni - Executing Placement Strategies - Organizing job fairs with positive outcomes - Providing diverse options for alumni to secure jobs - Career Portal Management - Managing the Career Center Job Portal for staff and alumni - Maintaining detailed records of alumni and staff experiences with companies - Research and Design - Analyzing the current job market scenario - Sharing insights with the career center team Prerequisites: - Bachelor's degree with strong performance - 2+ Years of relevant work experience - Experience in leading campaigns or driving partnerships (Preferred) - Knowledge of local employers and job aggregators in Pune (Preferred) - Work experience in the development space (Preferred) Requirements: - Love meeting new people and building partnerships - Willingness to travel within the city - Strong Presentation Skills - Ability to manage work independently - Excitement for learning new things In terms of Compensation and Benefits, iTeach offers competitive compensation and benefits ranging from 5.1 - 6.00 LPA CTC, including industry benefits such as PF, gratuity, medical insurance, paid leaves, annual increments, and promotion opportunities.,
