Role

? Daily invoice Validation & accounting

1. Daily closure of allocated invoices
2. Invoice validation with PO & Agreements
3. Accuracy of accounting under respective expense heads

? Stakeholder interactions & follow-ups

? AP MIS - Expense variance analysis

? Month end activities

Skill

? Well versed with ERP, preferably with Oracle

? MIS skills

? Good at MS office

? Good communication

Experience & Educational qualification

? 4-6 yrs of experience
