Senior Associate- Accounts Payable

As a team member based at Mumbai Office (Andheri), you will be responsible for vendor onboarding & KYC processes which include verifying KYC documents and approving vendor profiles in the accounting software as per SOP. Additionally, you will manage a team of 45 members by supervising their work, reviewing outputs, and ensuring timely task completion. You will be the point of contact for vendor relationship management, handling escalations from vendors, primarily Fleet Owners. Your role will also involve supporting audits, ensuring documentation accuracy, calculating TDS, TDS working, and invoicing of vendors. To excel in this role, you should hold a minimum Graduate degree in any stream with experience in the Road transport industry being preferred. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is crucial, along with excellent communication skills. The ability to work under tight deadlines and handle escalations professionally will be key to your success in this position.
