Senior Art Director

As a Senior Art Director at our company, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. With 8+ years of experience, primarily in an advertising agency setting, you will thrive in a high-energy and collaborative environment dedicated to building brands through exceptional visual storytelling. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading the visual development and execution of integrated campaigns, focusing on mainline advertising. - Collaborating with copywriters, creative directors, and account teams to generate effective and original ideas. - Overseeing art direction for print, TVC storyboarding, photoshoots, and design across campaign materials. - Contributing to digital design needs such as social media creatives, banners, and performance marketing assets. - Guiding junior team members to ensure design output aligns with brand guidelines and creative vision. - Presenting concepts and creative rationales to internal teams and clients confidently. - Maintaining a high standard of visual execution across all mediums. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in creative/art direction, with a significant portion in an advertising agency. - Strong portfolio showcasing work across mainline and digital platforms. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or After Effects is a bonus. - Deep understanding of brand identity, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. - Ability to lead shoots and post-production processes as needed. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. - Comfort working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously. In addition, the role involves a work split of 80% Mainline (TV, Print, OOH, BTL) and 20% Digital (Social Media, Web Banners, Display, etc.).
