JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibility: ● Preparing and designing preliminary plans ● Develop design ideas by working with a team ● Develop design schemes and feasibility studies ● Coordinate with other disciplines ● Learn and understand International Building Codes ● Create presentation books for client presentations. ● Becomes familiar with the company’s safety and working protocols ● No site visits required. Experience & Qualifications: ●5-8 years of experience in US project-related field required ●Bachelor of Architecture degree required. Key Skills: ● Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, Bluebeam, Lumion, 3ds max, etc. Other Skills: ● Possess a strong theoretical and technical knowledge ● Ability to participate and collaborate in team projects. ● Ability to work independently and come up with solutions. ● Ability to think critically and creativity skills ● Strong verbal and written skills ● Strong prioritization and organization skills to meet deadlines ● Ability to effectively meet deadlines Company Culture: • Head office in US Chicago and back office in Chennai, India. • A full-service architectural and structural engineering firm. • 30 years of experience combined • Dedicated to meeting clients' budgets, schedules, and goals • Client satisfaction is their top priority • Respect others' time, opinions, and property. • Be honest, and trustworthy, and keep your promises. • Maintain a positive attitude. • Be open to feedback and use it to learn and grow Interview Process: • Once you forward the candidate's resume HR and Architect manager will do the technical round thereafter final round will be by the Directors. Compensation & Benefits: • Pay Onwards: ₹70,000.00 per month • Health insurance • Provident Fund • Performance bonus • Yearly bonus Reporting Structure: • To Architect Manager. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • As per the project requirement and job description. Growth Opportunities: • Once in the year will review all the projects and based on that his /her position and salary increment.
