Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing architectural solutions that meet business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of high-level architecture solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into architectural solutions. Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across all projects. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior architects and developers. Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure best practices are followed. Define and enforce architectural standards and guidelines. Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies. Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment. Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years of experience in architectural design and development. Proven experience with [relevant tools or technologies, e.g., cloud platforms, building codes, frameworks]. Strong understanding of design patterns, system integration, and scalability. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. ? Preferred Skills (Optional): Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, LEED, etc. Experience with BIM, CAD, or modeling tools (for structural roles). Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, or modern software development practices.
