Job Description

Position:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases
of large-scale institutional and healthcare projects.
Manage
client interactions, design presentations, and approvals
from relevant authorities.
Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, landscape, interiors, etc.) to ensure integration of design intent.
Oversee preparation of
GFC drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
.
Conduct
site visits
to monitor design implementation and resolve on-site issues.
Ensure compliance with
local building codes, NBC, and statutory requirements
.
Mentor junior architects and oversee their work output.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Bachelors in Architecture (B.Arch) Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum
8 years
of experience, with significant work in
institutionalor healthcare architecture
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and presentation tools
.
Strong knowledge of
BIM processes
and coordination workflows.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
