Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design team in conceptualizing and executing residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and detailed working drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Guide the design team in material selection, detailing, and design presentations.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Review and approve all project documentation before client submission.
• Manage and mentor junior architects and designers, providing direction and feedback.
• Represent the company in client meetings and presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technology, and software relevant to architecture and interiors.
