Role Overview: At Dawn Technologies is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect who specializes in multi-cloud and hybrid environments. In this role, you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient architectures across AWS, Azure, and on-prem setups. Your key responsibilities will include leading complex migrations and repatriation projects, optimizing cloud spend, and ensuring smooth and secure operations. Key Responsibilities: - Cloud Architecture & Design: - Develop scalable, secure, and cost-efficient multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures aligned with diverse business requirements. - Establish processes and policies for infrastructure design, build, and implementation. - Enterprise Infrastructure Expertise: - Demonstrate a deep understanding of enterprise-level infrastructure components such as Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, Observability, and Resiliency. - Possess expertise in Private, Public, and Hybrid Cloud infrastructure strategies with a focus on AWS, Azure, and On-Premise environments. - Have a basic understanding of HP Private Cloud Enterprise (PCE) concepts. - Migration & Re-patriation Leadership: - Plan, schedule, and lead complex cloud migration and re-patriation initiatives. - Lead execution teams through various solution delivery phases. - Cost Optimization & Performance Enhancement: - Analyze cloud billing to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Plan and execute optimization efforts to reduce cloud spending and enhance application and infrastructure performance. - Security & Compliance: - Ensure adherence to industry security standards and compliance requirements. - Communication & Stakeholder Management: - Lead technical discussions between infrastructure and other IT teams. - Prepare reports for senior management and document technical details thoroughly. - Utilize business acumen to support client engagements in collaboration with sales and delivery teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. - Minimum 8 years of experience as a solutions architect or senior software engineer. - Proficiency in Cloud Architecture and design with expertise in Azure and AWS platforms. - Hands-on experience with HP PCE, VMware, NSX-T, and Backup Solutions (e.g., Veeam). - Familiarity with OpsRamp and GL Metering. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or proposal development is a plus. - Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
