As a Hybrid Cloud Architect at BayOne Solutions in Navi Mumbai, your role will involve working independently and leading discussions between core infrastructure and other IT teams. You will be responsible for reviewing new product offerings from a customer perspective and developing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures tailored to meet business needs. Your responsibilities will include having a good understanding of Enterprise Networking Architecture, Enterprise Infrastructure (such as Compute, Storage, Network, Security, observability, Resiliency HA Backup - DR), and Private, Public, and Hybrid Cloud infrastructure strategy. You should be familiar with the customer landscape of Hybrid Cloud Environment including AWS, Azure, and On-Premise setups. While hands-on experience with Private Cloud Environments is not mandatory, a basic understanding is required. In this role, you will need to design and architect multi-cloud infrastructure with the right hyperscale for hybrid cloud setups. You will also be responsible for designing scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-efficient cloud architectures according to business requirements, as well as establishing processes and policies for managing infrastructure (Design, Build, and Implement). Additionally, you will be involved in planning, scheduling, and executing migrations and re-patriations, and leading a team through these processes. You should possess the ability to understand billing from Private Cloud Environments and various cloud platforms to plan audits and optimization efforts aimed at reducing cloud spending. Your role will also involve recommending solutions to optimize operating costs for customers and enhancing application and infrastructure performance. Ensuring that Cloud environments adhere to industry security standards and compliance requirements will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You should also be capable of preparing MIS and status reports for senior management, documenting technical and process details clearly, and leveraging business acumen to enhance engagement with customers, sales, and delivery teams. Skills required for this role include Architecting knowledge, Repatriation and migration experience, familiarity with PCE, VMWARE, NSX-T, Backup Solutions-Veeam, OpsRamp, GL Metering, Azure and AWS proficiency, strong communication skills, and pursuit experience.,
