Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural design and project management for high-end residential, commercial, or institutional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process and oversee project lifecycle from concept to execution
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to meet design and budget goals
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and documents for accuracy and quality
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients effectively
• Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and sustainability practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Puducherry, Puducherry: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Junior architect: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
