SENIOR ARCHITECT DESIGNER

As a Senior Architectural Designer at AGF Developers Pvt. Your creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills will be essential in contributing to the development of innovative and sustainable architectural solutions for landmark projects. - Lead and manage the architectural design process for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. - Create innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing architectural concepts. - Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using design software. - Collaborate with clients, project managers, and engineers to meet project goals and deadlines. - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and team members. - Oversee design presentations and participate in client meetings. - Work closely with construction teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field. - Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and planning. - Strong proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools. - Excellent understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and industry trends. - Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. - Creative thinking with an eye for detail and innovative design solutions.
