Key Responsibilities

Report directly to the Principal Architect and support strategic design and project objectives.

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of junior architects throughout project lifecycles.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative and creative design solutions.

Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure quality and compliance.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project deliverables to meet timelines and standards.

Interface with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination.

Oversee project design and documentation from concept development through project completion.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design quality, team performance, and organizational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory: Candidates must have proven experience in high-rise building projects

Proven experience in project management with strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Demonstrated ability in client handling and consultant coordination.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural design and documentation software.

Solid technical and professional foundation in architectural practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) / Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
