Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Siebel Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Siebel CRM and should be capable of handling complex configurations, customizations, and integrations to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers business needs. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience. Key Responsibilities: Siebel Configurations: Utilize Siebel Web Tools to perform configurations including but not limited to business objects, business components, applets, views, and screens. Scripting: Write, test, and debug Siebel eScript or Server Script for enhancing application functionality. Workflows: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Siebel workflows to automate business processes. Integrations: Develop integrations using REST APIs to connect Siebel with other enterprise systems. Ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability. Open UI Customizations: Implement custom UI enhancements using Siebel Open UI framework. Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces that align with modern design standards. Requirement Analysis: Engage with business analysts and stakeholders to understand customer requirements. Translate these requirements into technical solutions that enhance user experience and functionality. Maintenance and Upgrades: Handle system maintenance, bug fixes, and participate in Siebel upgrade projects when necessary. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-4 years of direct experience as a Siebel Developer. Proficient in Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting (eScript or Server Script), and workflow development. Strong understanding of Siebel architecture and data model. Experience with Siebel Open UI, REST API integration, and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Cloud Architecture, OCI certification is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus. Soft Skills: Analytical thinking and detail-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities. Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on delivering value.
