Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Application Engineer with strong expertise in ANSYS HFSS to join our technical team. In this hybrid role supporting both Presales and Postsales , you will be the bridge between customers and our solution portfolio, helping clients design and optimize their RF/microwave and high-speed systems using electromagnetic simulation. Key Responsibilities Presales Engagement Partner with sales teams to understand customer challenges and propose effective simulation-driven solutions using ANSYS HFSS . Deliver compelling technical presentations , demos , and proof-of-concept simulations to influence decision-makers. Engage in technical qualification of opportunities, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and influencing technical proposals. Build credibility and trust with prospects by showcasing application depth and domain expertise. Postsales Enablement Support clients during deployment and adoption phases through training, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Assist customers with complex simulation models , setup best practices, solver tuning, and post-processing strategies. Conduct hands-on workshops , knowledge-transfer sessions , and webinars to drive usage and value realization. Maintain high customer satisfaction by being a technical advisor and a problem solver . Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics , Electrical Engineering , or Applied Electromagnetics . At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ANSYS HFSS in real-world applications. Proficiency in RF, microwave, and antenna system simulation and understanding of EMC/EMI challenges. Prior experience in Application Engineering, Presales, or Technical Support roles is a must. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics to non-technical audiences. Willingness to travel to customer sites and events as needed. Preferred Skills Exposure to other ANSYS tools (e.g., SIwave, Maxwell, or Designer). Programming/scripting capabilities (e.g., Python, MATLAB, VBScript) for process automation and customization. Industry domain knowledge in Telecom , Automotive , Aerospace , or Consumer Electronics . Familiarity with CAD/EDA workflows and integration challenges. Why Join Kaizenat?
