Senior - Anti-bribery and Corruption (including FCPA) Due diligence and Investigations

In this role at KPMG in India, you will be a part of the Forensic Investigations team, where you will play a key role in preventing, detecting, and mitigating the risk of fraud, misconduct, and non-compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading 1-2 large projects simultaneously related to suspicions of fraud and misconduct by employees, management, or third parties - Overseeing teams reporting to you at a project level - Directing activities involving tracing, identifying, and recovering lost assets - Assisting organizations in assessing their risk and vulnerability to fraud and misconduct - Using diagnostic and forensic technology techniques to identify key areas of risk and assess risk management - Developing process frameworks for fraud monitoring systems and implementing methodologies - Driving the delivery of engagements, including status reviews and training client personnel As an ideal candidate, you should have: - Experience in the Forensic Sector with a strong understanding of processes and controls - Background in consulting, preferably from Big 4 or similar firms - Demonstrated track record of project execution and ability to map client business requirements - Ability to bring new clients to the group and take responsibility for revenue numbers - Strong communication skills, especially at the CXO level - Team management and leadership skills - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Ability to work under pressure, meet stringent deadlines, and handle tough client conditions, including extended working hours - Willingness to travel within India or abroad for extended periods - Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethics KPMG's Forensic practice is dedicated to providing independent, proactive, and responsive services to clients by utilizing investigative, IT, accounting, financial, and various other resources to detect and investigate alleged fraud, resolve disputes, and help companies make informed decisions.,
