Senior Analytics Developer

You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in analytics, data integration, and reporting to drive actionable insights for the company. Your role will involve hands-on experience with Databricks and Power BI, as well as proficiency in modern ETL/ELT tools and Azure cloud platforms. Your strong analytical thinking and communication skills will be crucial in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to meet high customer expectations. - Utilize Databricks for development and testing, with advanced skills in Databricks SQL, Python, and/or Scala for data engineering. - Manage clusters, auto-scaling, and cost optimization within Databricks. - Utilize Power BI for building measures, calculated fields, and data transformation using advanced DAX and Power Query. - Implement and optimize SQL queries for data querying and aggregations. - Work with modern ETL/ELT tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or Talend for data integration. - Apply proficiency in Azure cloud platforms to develop analytics solutions. - Translate data into actionable insights to drive business decisions. - Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high customer expectations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred). - Certifications preferred: - Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate - Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional - Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate - 8+ years of experience in analytics, data integration, and reporting. - 4+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks and Power BI. - Strong knowledge of SQL, modern ETL/ELT tools, and Azure cloud platforms. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.,
