Senior Analyst/Senior Associate - Investment Banking

The Senior Analyst / Senior Associate position in the fast-growing investment banking team involves managing the complete deal lifecycle for M&A, private equity, structured finance, project finance, and capital markets transactions for Indian and international clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading financial modeling, valuation analysis, pitch decks, and IMs, along with managing client coordination, due diligence, and quality control. This role offers a clear path towards independently managing deals and collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include guiding analysts, overseeing output quality, collaborating with due diligence teams and experts, supporting business development activities, and ensuring strict adherence to timelines and document standards. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 8 years of total experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an IB execution role, along with proven expertise in financial modeling, investor coordination, and live deal support. Strong exposure to investment banking products such as PE, M&A, and corporate finance is essential, coupled with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, analytical rigor, ability to work under pressure, and the capacity to coach junior analysts are also desirable qualities.
