Your role will involve owning key trial-level analytics workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally, and applying critical thinking to drive evidence-based recommendations. While you are not expected to be an expert from day one, you will gradually build domain knowledge and expertise in both analytical and scientific areas. Key Responsibilities: - Own key trial-level analytics workstreams including enrollment forecasting, feasibility analysis, and protocol input - Translate structured study requirements into analytical deliverables in collaboration with senior TAIP colleagues - Gain exposure to operational strategy, protocol logic, and real-world trial planning challenges within a specific clinical trial context - Build therapeutic area knowledge over time to contribute to more targeted and scientifically grounded analyses - Collaborate across geographies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in data models, dashboards, and insights shared with the study team - Support study optimization by analyzing site and patient burden, competitor activity, and external data sources - Utilize trial analytics platforms and tools to generate, structure, and communicate data-driven insights - Apply critical thinking to analyze complex data, challenge assumptions, and generate strategic, evidence-based recommendations Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Preferred advanced degree (e.g., MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD, MBA) in a relevant field - Experience: 3-6+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare analytics, life sciences strategy, or clinical trial planning and delivery - Skills: Excellent communication and structured problem-solving skills, strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills required, interest in developing deeper expertise in therapeutic areas and clinical trial analytics If you find a role that piques your interest but doesn't perfectly align with your resume, you are encouraged to apply anyway as you could be on the brink of a transformative career opportunity.
