Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support automation of control testing processes using Appian as the primary platform, followed by Xceptor and RPA/Selenium tools.
Collaborate with internal teams (Audit, Risk & Control, Technology) to identify control gaps and automate manual testing procedures.
Perform data analysis and transformation to generate insights and support audit evidence.
Assist in workflow automation and scheduling using tools like Autosys, JIRA, and Confluence.
Contribute to production support by identifying and resolving issues in SAS/SQL environments.
Participate in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication for control automation initiatives.
Engage in team activities including mentoring, training, and process improvement efforts.

Preferred candidate profile

3 to 5 years of experience in automation, data analysis, or control testing within banking or financial services.
Hands-on experience with Appian (preferred), Xceptor, or RPA/Selenium tools.
Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Python for data manipulation and reporting.
Exposure to banking products (e.g., Cards, Loans, Deposits) and basic understanding of risk and compliance.
Familiarity with workflow tools like JIRA, Confluence, and version control systems (e.g., Bitbucket).
Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
