Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Analyst - Service Support Management located in the Greater Bengaluru Area with some work from home flexibility. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer support, ensuring analytical insights are used to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
