Senior Analyst - Security Specialist

Role Overview: As an Information Security Risk Assessment Specialist at WNS (Holdings) Limited, your main responsibility will be to ensure the information security and privacy of client operations and technology infrastructure. You will be conducting various audits, reviewing contracts, supporting compliance certification, and advising business unit leaders on information security issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling information security incidents, data breaches investigations, and overseeing compliance activities related to information security. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out all information security risk assessments. - Conduct Privacy risk and impact assessments for client operations and technology infrastructure. - Conduct operations audits based on Information security and privacy principles. - Review contractual contracts, privacy contracts/exhibits/privacy agreements. - Support compliance certification (ISO, PCI, POPIA, SSAE) and client audits. - Ensure various information security, privacy regulatory requirements/client data privacy requirements are effectively addressed. - Advise business unit leaders and risk management leaders on issues related to information security. - Assist Risk management functional leaders in overseeing compliance activities relating to information security. - Create and maintain risk assessment trackers and keep them current. - Create and maintain an up-to-date inventory of sensitive information profiling for client operations. - Ensure that contract arrangements are in place and being complied with. Obtain necessary evidence for the same. - Conduct necessary due diligence on subcontractors/third parties. - Drive information security training and awareness to ensure employees are aware of their responsibilities.
