Senior Analyst | Security Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining Deutsche Brse Group as a Security Analyst in the CTO division under the Chief Information Officer/Chief Operating Officer. Your role will involve supporting various Information Security (IS) tasks and projects, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines, and contributing to the IT infrastructure's stability and security. Key Responsibilities: - Create IS committee slides monthly and assist in developing slides for IS reporting, including audit and Group projects - Document meeting minutes in a structured and comprehensive manner and share with key stakeholders - Consolidate agreed-upon action plans and track progress during Unit team meetings - Aid in organizing penetration tests following Group guidelines and support in maintaining the knowledge database in Confluence - Execute controls over assigned tasks and communicate clearly with CTO teams on IS risk management issues - Identify and resolve issues related to the completion and accuracy of CTO assets inventory Qualifications Required: - University degree in Business Administration or a related field in information technology - 2-3 years of professional experience in an IT team or CISO team - Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across different locations - Collaborative, flexible, and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint. Data analytics skills are highly valued - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of German and French is advantageous.,
