Job Description

As a Senior Analyst ROI Quality, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of transactional processing within the organization. You will work closely with the Quality Manager to design a Quality Management System that standardizes and documents all processes. - **Quality Assurance:** Monitor and evaluate the quality of ROI processing activities, identify errors, and recommend corrective actions. - **Data Analysis:** Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in processing workflows. - **Process Improvement:** Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of processing. - **Reporting and Documentation:** Prepare reports on quality metrics, analyse trends, and document findings for management review. - **Collaboration:** Work with various teams, including logging, assigning, abstracting, and IT, to resolve issues and implement quality initiatives. - **Training and Development:** Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices in healthcare data processing. - **Staying Updated:** Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies related to healthcare operations. **Skills Required:** - **Strong Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve quality. - **Healthcare Knowledge:** Understanding of US healthcare processing, documents, key stakeholders, and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). - **Communication Skills:** Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management. Good comprehension and English writing skills are essential. - **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to identify and resolve issues related to processing. - **Proficiency in MS Office Suite:** Especially Excel for data analysis and reporting. - **Attention to Detail:** Accuracy and thoroughness in reviewing and analysing data. **Qualifications:** - Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field or equivalent. - Must have at least 5+ years of work experience in Quality. In addition to the above requirements, you should have practical knowledge of transactional Quality Audits and a minimum of 6+ years of experience in BPO/KPO projects.,
