Job Description

As a Senior Analyst ROI Quality, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of transactional processing within the organization. You will collaborate with the Quality Manager to design the Quality Management System that standardizes and documents all processes. Key Responsibilities: - Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of ROI processing activities, identify errors, and recommend corrective actions. - Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in processing workflows. - Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of processing. - Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports on quality metrics, analyse trends, and document findings for management review. - Collaboration: Work with various teams, including logging, assigning, abstracting, and IT, to resolve issues and implement quality initiatives. - Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices in healthcare data processing. - Staying Updated: Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies related to healthcare operations. Skills Required: - Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve quality. - Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of US healthcare processing, documents, key stakeholders, and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). - Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management. Good comprehension and English writing skills are essential. - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to processing. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Especially Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Attention to Detail: Accuracy and thoroughness in reviewing and analysing data. Qualifications: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field or equivalent. - Must have at least 5+ years of work experience in Quality. Experience: - Must have at least 6+ years of experience in BPO/KPO projects. - Practical knowledge of transactional Quality Audits.
