Role: Senior Analyst - PMO

Experience Level: 3-6 Years
Location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Perform resource planning and allocation based on project needs and employee capabilities.

  • Manage the internal talent pool and bench, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources.

  • Handle internal resource demand-supply management effectively.

  • Assign personnel to projects by evaluating their skills, past experience, availability, and project-specific requirements.

  • Create and deliver regular reports on:

    • Bench status

    • Utilization metrics

    • Allocation details

    • Roll-off projections

  • Drive and improve resource management processes and best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resource management operations.

  • Plan and execute processes related to:

    • Demand forecasting

    • Campus recruitment and deployment

    • Employee engagement

  • Partner with business leaders to enable efficient and strategic resource allocation.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills - ability to interact with employees and senior stakeholders effectively.

  • Strong skills in Excel (preferably Google Sheets) for data tracking and reporting.

  • Basic understanding of resourcing and recruitment workflows.

  • Proven leadership qualities and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to draw insights from data.

  • Capable of relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Team player with a focus on learning, innovation, and delivering solutions.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Effective communication and networking skills.
