About The Job
As a paid media strategist, you will brainstorm and create paid marketing campaigns andstrategies for all clients at Wirality, ranging from startups to fintech, edtech, FMCG as wellas businesses from a multitude of industries and walks of life. You will work extensively onnew pitches as well as working on current projects and accounts.You will need to be someone who thinks strategically as well as has a solid background ofunderstanding how communication can play an integral role in digital marketing andfollowing systems set in and improving them to improve results for all our client partners.You will need to be strategic, creative and analytical in equal measure.Measurement metrics like sales, cost per sale, CTR's, assisted conversions, DSP's and CPA'sshould be a part of your everyday dictionary.
Key Technical Requirements
- You should have a track record of running performance marketing campaigns for
- different clients across industries (the length and breadth of the clients is less
important. What you managed to do and how you implemented things is
more critical)
- Communicate and collaborate with the creative team in terms of creating
- communication routes and plans for communicating across different platforms for
performance marketing.
- Your knowledge of the specific nature of the platform and how communication can be used as per the nature of every platform is critical.
- Having some experience of having worked on pitches, for performance marketing.
- mandates only or mandates across all digital marketing spectrums.
- Your presentation skills are ever improving and you're able to communicate key.
- points in terms of navigating a pitch in the right direction.

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience, (2 years of agency experience would be preferred)
- Ability to work on Google Sheets, Google Docs and Slides (in depth)
- Understanding of the end to end intricacies of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager
- and Google Ads and Google Analytics
- An understanding of SEO would be great
- Understanding of Google Data Studio and other platforms and apps like Hotjar, Crazy
- Egg and measurement/reporting platforms would be great.
