Senior Analyst - Operations- Accounts Receivable (Cash Applications and SAP)

Role Overview: As a member of the team at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be responsible for understanding and applying the principles related to the order to cash process. You will handle tasks independently, such as Collections and Cash Application, ensuring compliance with specific client processes in terms of Turnaround Time (TAT) and accuracy. Your role will involve voice calling, dispute management, managing customer accounts, cash application, account reconciliation, and maintaining clarity on debit and credit transactions. Basic accounting knowledge and SAP expertise are essential for this role. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate customer orientation by understanding client expectations, striving to improve performance on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and effectively communicating issues and proposed solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Handle tasks related to Collections and Cash Application independently - Perform voice calling, dispute management, customer account management, cash application, and account reconciliation - Demonstrate basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in SAP - Understand and meet client expectations and requirements - Adhere to SLAs and deliverables, taking ownership of solution-oriented communication - Maintain relationships with managers, counterparts, and stakeholders - Collaborate with team members to achieve common organizational goals - Resolve conflicts and address problems within and between teams - Identify anomalies and errors in output, analyze root causes, and propose process improvements - Participate actively in team meetings and demonstrate strong communication skills Qualification Required: - B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) Additional Information: - This position is for US shift (4pm to 1am) - Job location is in Pune (Viman Nagar) and requires Work From Office (WFO) only,
