Senior Analyst - Operations- Accounts Receivable (Cash Applications and SAP)

Role Overview: As a member of the Collections & Cash Application team at WNS, your role will involve understanding the application of principles related to the order to cash process. You will be responsible for handling tasks such as collections, cash application, dispute management, customer accounts, account reconciliation, and maintaining clarity on debit and credit aspects. Your basic accounting knowledge and SAP proficiency will be crucial in ensuring compliance with client processes and meeting targets for turnaround time and accuracy. Additionally, your customer orientation will be instrumental in understanding client expectations and striving for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Independently handle tasks allocated in Collections/Cash Application - Conduct voice calling related to collections - Manage disputes effectively - Maintain customer accounts accurately - Handle cash application processes - Reconcile accounts efficiently - Ensure clarity on debit and credit transactions - Utilize basic accounting knowledge - Demonstrate SAP proficiency - Focus on customer orientation and understanding client requirements - Adhere to SLA's and deliverables, communicating effectively with stakeholders - Maintain relationships with line managers and counterparts - Collaborate with team members to achieve common organizational goals - Resolve conflicts and escalate when necessary - Display a collaborative spirit and adaptability to change - Identify anomalies and errors in output - Analyze problem areas and propose solutions - Support process improvements - Participate actively in team meetings and communicate effectively Qualifications: - B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) Additional Details: - The job is in US shift timings (4pm to 1am) - The job location is in Pune (Viman Nagar) with Work From Office (WFO) only,
