Job Description

As a Senior Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic support, technical leadership, value enablement initiatives, revenue optimization, collaboration & team enablement, and stakeholder management. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategic Support: - Design and implement value enablement frameworks to optimize pricing strategies and ensure customer success. - Collaborate with global and regional teams to tailor solutions to meet business needs. - Provide data-driven insights to optimize pricing, pre-sales strategies, and customer success outcomes. - Develop frameworks and presentations to communicate key strategic initiatives. - Translate complex business problems into analytical solutions. - Technical Leadership: - Lead the development of advanced analytics tools like ROI calculators and value dashboards. - Utilize Python, SQL, and BI tools for data analysis and visualization. - Create dynamic dashboards to provide actionable insights. - Drive process efficiency through automation and advanced analytics techniques. - Value Enablement Initiatives: - Develop frameworks for measuring and tracking customer value realization. - Design predictive models and real-time insights for tailored customer solutions. - Build self-service analytics tools to empower stakeholders. - Encourage innovation through participation in Sandbox challenges. - Revenue Optimization: - Identify and implement strategies to optimize revenue through data-driven analysis. - Develop tools to track ROI and customer outcomes for further optimization. - Collaboration & Team Enablement: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution. - Foster an innovative environment and promote knowledge sharing. - Lead working sessions and provide mentorship to support team members. - Stakeholder Management: - Manage roadmaps for strategic projects and engage with stakeholders. - Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication and next steps. Qualifications: - Experience: - Proven track record in developing data-driven tools with measurable outcomes. - Experience in Python, SQL, and BI tools for analytics solutions. - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. - Skills: - Strong technical acumen in advanced analytics and visualization. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively within teams. - Education: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field. - Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics are preferred. This role comes with the responsibility for corporate security. You are expected to abide by security policies, ensure information confidentiality, report any security violations, and complete mandatory security trainings.,
