Senior Analyst Marketplace

As a Dropship & Marketplace Sr Analyst at Lowe's India, your primary role will be to drive operational improvements and ensure customer consistency for the Lowes Dropship & Marketplace Business. You will serve as the main owner of your assigned business unit, focusing on driving projects that enhance seller and internal performance and profitability. Your contributions will play a crucial role in advancing the online business segments and maintaining Lowe's competitive edge in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the business owner for the identified business unit, taking ownership and treating the area as your personal business. - Lead data-driven projects from definition through interpretation and execution stages, ensuring effective implementation. - Analyze sales data, dropship/third party seller compliance data, and trends to provide actionable insights for business improvement. - Collaborate with dropship/third party seller community to enhance ship on time performance and reduce cancellations, identifying process gaps and providing effective solutions. - Serve as a liaison between core teams at Lowes to swiftly resolve seller issues and improve overall seller performance through data-driven strategies. - Prepare management-level reporting to support key metrics and initiatives, ensuring performance tracking and automation where applicable. - Analyze product productivity and seller performance to drive assortment growth and rationalization. - Evaluate dropship/third party seller performance related to shipping costs to enhance profitability. - Utilize data to track packages and provide insights to improve on-time delivery performance. - Collaborate with the US team to maintain alignment on projects and timelines. Qualification Required: - 4+ years of relevant experience in online/retail merchandising, digital business, and operations. - Experience in digital, marketplace, or category merchandising. - Strong detail-oriented with an operational mindset. - Proficiency in data analysis and deriving insights. - Skilled in working with Excel and other data/reporting tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with US-based sellers effectively. - Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.,
