As a Senior Analyst II at Knowcraft, you will be responsible for the following: **Role Overview:** You will play a crucial role in conducting and managing various valuation engagements. This will include overseeing multiple valuation and consulting projects simultaneously, writing detailed valuation reports, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of client deliverables. Additionally, you will be leading a small engagement team, providing daily progress reports to senior team members, and contributing positively to the firm's culture. Moreover, you will be responsible for training and mentoring analysts and associates within the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, organize, and manage various valuation engagements - Functionally manage a small engagement team and report daily progress to senior team members - Ensure quality control and accuracy of client deliverables - Oversee multiple valuation and consulting engagements simultaneously - Write complex valuation reports and summarize analyses and conclusions - Collaborate with the engagement team and contribute positively to the firm's culture - Lead, train, and mentor analysts and other associates within the team **Qualification Required:** - MBA from a Premier B-School - Add-on: MS in Finance, CA, and/or CFA from CFA Institute, US - Certifications such as CVA, ASA, and/or ABV are preferred Note: The company has locations in Ahmedabad, Noida, Gurugram, and Indore.
