Qualifications
> 6-10 years experience in an industrial environment > Automotive, production, manufacturing engineering
RESPONSIBILITIES
> DesAnalyze RFQ documents, interpret engineering drawings, and verify technical and economic feasibility.
> Prepare process flows for certain technologies, validate with GTS, and calculate purchase prices for bought-out parts (BOP) using Faurecia Reference Costing (FRC) methodology.
> Create and monitor costing files and BOP summary files, support pricing file elaboration, and verify BOP supplier offers and purchase prices.
> Assist Purchasing in supplier negotiations across all program phases, distribute costing results, and estimate engineering changes for FReC files.
> Regularly update and monitor FReC files, prepare results for management presentations, and foster strong global collaboration and communication.
