Senior Analyst, Financial Systems Integration

Role Overview: Zocdoc's mission is to give power to the patient by building the leading healthcare marketplace that makes it easy to find and book in-person or virtual care in all 50 states, across +200 specialties, and +12k insurance plans. As a key member of the team, your impact on the mission will involve strengthening the reliability and automation of Zocdoc's financial ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Strengthen the reliability and automation of Zocdoc's financial ecosystem by ensuring stable, scalable, and secure data flows between systems like NetSuite, Coupa, ADP, Salesforce, and banking platforms. - Monitor Celigo dashboards, alerts, and flow logs to detect and resolve issues related to financial data and API errors. - Troubleshoot issues across financial platforms and optimize system performance through concurrency, scheduling, and endpoint tuning. - Design, test, and deploy new or enhanced integrations following governance standards. - Develop automated test routines, maintain version control documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and ensure compliance. - Maintain secure configurations and enforce least-privilege access across all tools. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Celigo or similar iPaaS tools (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft). - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with iPaaS tools and financial systems integrations. - Strong technical knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and data mapping. - Experience integrating NetSuite, Coupa, ADP, or other financial systems. - Proven track record managing production integrations under SOX/ITGC environments. - Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. - Celigo Integrator.io Advanced Certification (preferred).
