Knowledge & Skills (Must Have) : Confidence & excellent communication Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation & externally. Good technical accounting and taxation knowledge, including UKGAAP/ IFRS. Good understanding of the business and the external financial environment in which it operates. Good understanding of monitoring a SOX control environment Understanding of FCA and other regulatory requirements Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills Time Management and Workload Planning Skills Good interpersonal skills. Experience: Qualified accountant with 0-3 years post qualification experience Educational Qualification: Qualified accountant with considerable post qualification experience in financial control / reporting.
