Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver

  process-specific outputs

Qualifications (Selection Criteria)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Postgraduate degree in Finance (MBA) preferred

Core Competencies:

Functional Skills

• Review and approve

  supplier invoice payment requests

  submitted in Workday, ensuring timely processing of high-volume transactions.
• Conduct

  prepayment audits

  of employee

  Travel & Expense reports

  in Workday for reimbursement accuracy.
• Verify that

  supplier invoices and expense reports

  are correctly coded to appropriate

  GL accounts, cost centers, and project codes.

• Ensure all submissions comply with

  Corporate Treasury policies

  and relevant

  regulatory requirements.

• Review transactions on the

  TD Bank platform

  and

  authorize treasury wire transfers

  .
• Demonstrate foundational proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  , including basic spreadsheet formatting, controls, mathematical functions, and navigation between different views.
• Draft simple

  business correspondence

  , summarize information clearly, and adhere to established formats.
• Exhibit a basic understanding of

  spoken English

  , capable of effective communication in routine situations and expressing essential needs.
• Adapt to changing priorities and

  demonstrate flexibility
