Job Description

Role Overview:

Senior Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end testing efforts across multiple projects and platforms
Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks
Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, conduct code reviews and knowledge sharing
Own defect management and ensure timely resolution of issues
Track and report quality metrics, test coverage, and release readiness
Evaluate and onboard new testing tools and technologies

Required Skills & Experience:

5–8 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual + automation)
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
