Senior Analyst, Design Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. (JLL) is seeking a Senior Analyst, Design to create compelling visual content for our brand across various digital and print platforms. This role requires a strong creative vision, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively to maintain a consistent and impactful brand presence. What this job involves Creative Content Development Create and maintain high-quality visual content for company brand in both digital and print communications, including brochures, flyers, infographics, social media, web graphics, logos, emailers, event materials, and posters. Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end. Translate business information into visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful designs. Ability to work on various Real Estate related deliverables like Building Illustrations, property brochures/flyers, signages, and banners. Design Principles & Collaboration Possess a good understanding of the fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles. Gather all relevant facts for each project to ensure deliverables communicate correct information. Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure consistent, integrated brand perception. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketers, art directors, and design managers. Receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders. Contribute to design- and functionality-related marketing decisions. Project Management & Innovation Work independently and under deadline pressure on multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrate strong work ethics: take initiative, self-manage, and be resourceful. Stay updated on the latest standards, processes, and trends in visual design. Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment. Ability to study industry trends in visual communications and develop creative, innovative ideas to meet JLL's business goals. Desired Skills and Experience Education Bachelor's in any discipline or graphic design field with significant equivalent experience. Technical Skills Proficient using Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Knowledge of PowerPoint and Word is a plus. Key Skills Strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business-to-business print and digital marketing collateral. Good communication skills , including clearly explaining design decisions verbally and in writing. An appreciation for and awareness of emerging design trends in print and digital. Experience Relevant experience in graphic design.
