Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Analyst, Data Quality Programs at Mastercard, you will be responsible for leading and participating in the development of data quality programs to ensure the highest quality of data to support business and analytical uses. You will collaborate with various teams to identify and prioritize data quality investments, develop controls and solutions, and launch programs to enforce data quality throughout the ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a business owner for data quality collection and improvement program investments - Execute a strategy to maximize program impact on data quality - Define and track program KPIs for continuous improvement and reporting - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform requirements and success metrics - Manage revenue and expenses to achieve improved data quality objectives - Provide support to customer teams, assist in defining operational processes, and develop project plans - Identify issues, risks, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans - Run queries, create reports, and analyze data to identify issues and opportunities Qualifications Required: - Proven organizational skills and project management ability in a matrix environment - Demonstrated accountability, attention to detail, and quality in project delivery - Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a fact-driven approach - Ability to challenge assumptions and validate decisions with technical judgment Additional Details: The Enterprise Data Quality team at Mastercard is dedicated to developing and implementing data quality programs to ensure data integrity and protect the network. As part of the AI and Data Office, you will work with global teams to drive data quality improvements and enforce standards to enhance data formats and quality. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the quality of key data assets and capabilities supporting data quality initiatives. Mastercard emphasizes corporate security responsibility, requiring all employees to adhere to security policies, ensure information confidentiality, report security violations, and undergo mandatory security trainings.,
