Senior Analyst-Corporate Events

As an event producer on the Client & Corporate Production team at Goldman Sachs, your role involves running events in various managed event spaces like the auditorium, multi-purpose, and board room. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to organize and execute a wide range of events such as town halls, training programs, conferences, and more. Reporting to the APAC Head of Client & Corporate Production, you will be a crucial member of the Bengaluru Production team, ensuring the successful delivery of premier events. **Responsibilities:** - Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and create onsite and virtual production plans - Manage freelancer/vendor staffing to ensure adequate event support - Conduct pre-event setup, testing, and rehearsals - Execute live event operations including audio/video production, presentation, graphics, and virtual platform management - Coordinate with regional and international teams for cross-regional events - Collaborate with clients, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure event success - Create, maintain, and reconcile event budgets **Qualifications:** - Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an event producer or technician in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in event production aspects like audio/video production, lighting, sound, graphics, and virtual event production - Knowledge of AV infrastructure and operation including video switchers, microphones, audio mixers, etc. - Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple roles during live events - Creative problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach - Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain high-quality standards across multiple events - Creativity, adaptability, and commitment to innovation - Personal integrity, leadership qualities, and ability to work collaboratively in a demanding environment - Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or relevant experience in Live Event production preferred - Proficiency in MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook At Goldman Sachs, the commitment is to leverage people, capital, and ideas to facilitate growth for clients, shareholders, and the communities served.
