Senior Analyst - Corporate Events

Role Overview: As an event producer on the Client & Corporate Production team in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for running events in various managed event spaces, collaborating with internal business units to plan and execute a variety of events such as townhalls, conferences, and training programs. Reporting to the APAC Head of Client & Corporate Production, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of premiere events. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and develop onsite and virtual production plans - Manage freelancer/vendor staffing to ensure events are adequately staffed - Conduct pre-event setup, testing, and rehearsals - Execute live event operations including audio/video production, inbound and outbound transmissions, and virtual platform management - Coordinate with regional and international Production and Webcasting teams for cross-regional events - Collaborate with clients, senior leaders, moderators, and stakeholders to ensure the success of managed events - Create, maintain, and reconcile event budgets Qualifications: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an event producer or technician in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in all aspects of event production, including live audio/video production, stage production, lighting and sound, graphics and presentation production, and virtual event production - Understanding of AV infrastructure and operation such as video switchers, routers, microphones, audio mixers, and DSPs - Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage multiple roles during live events - Creative problem-solving skills and client-focused approach - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events while maintaining high quality standards - Creativity, adaptability, and commitment to innovation - Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or relevant experience in Live Event production preferred - Proficiency with MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description),
