As an Application Support and Infrastructure Support professional, you will be responsible for managing events and services, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Your role will involve providing support using multiple ITSM tools, deploying reports, and generating reports using tools like Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities: - Provide application and infrastructure support - Manage events and services - Utilize ITSM tools for service management - Deploy reports and generate reports using various tools - Ensure 24x7 support availability with flexibility for different shifts Qualifications Required: - Certifications in Microsoft and ITIL - Rich understanding of service management concepts - Basic understanding of cloud applications - Excellent knowledge of Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various levels of the organization - Good listening and consultative skills - Excellent written and presentation skills - Attention to detail and ability to record meeting minutes - Self-motivated, organized, with a strong customer focus - Good multitasking skills and the ability to work in a 24x7 support environment - ITIL framework familiarity and experience is highly desirable Please note that the company may require you to work flexible shifts to provide 24x7 support.
