Senior Analyst - Analytics

As a Senior Analyst - Analytics at Fidelity, you will be part of a team that has been helping clients build better financial futures for over 50 years. The Analytics function in India supports global Sales, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Customer Service, and HR teams by developing a deep understanding of customers, identifying sales growth opportunities, refining products and services, and developing market and competitive intelligence. You will work closely with business heads and senior stakeholders to identify areas of analytics, define problem statements, and develop key insights. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Use various data sources and methods to explore, understand, and communicate patterns, trends, and insights relevant to clients and stakeholders. - Apply machine learning techniques and tools to build, test, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models that address business challenges and opportunities. - Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to showcase data analysis and model results effectively. - Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to enhance data availability and automate processes. To excel in this position, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years" experience in data analysis or data science. - Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages for data work. - Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. - Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. - Experience with Knime, Alteryx, or similar tools is a plus.
